Room was clean and functional, slightly smaller than expected but fine for our short stay. Would say that the building plumbing was noisy, in that if a shower or toilet was used above us, then the sound of running water was obvious. Sadly though we had a pair of noisy neighbours and the walls are paper thin which was so problematic I had to ask them to be quiet.

Really good place, perfect location only one little issue with check in, code should be available at 3pm but unfortunately wasn't, that's not big problem for me but for someone who dont spesk English or Spanish could be a bit difficult to contact with team.

Unusable Shower and Website Lacking

The hotel was tastefully decorated and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. The biggest problem we had with our room was the shower. They have some device in the drain that makes the water drain extremely slowly and a huge gap between the wall and threshold/shower curb. Being that the threshold is only a couple cm tall, it wouldn't hold much water even without the gap. Water was absolutely everywhere making the shower practically unusable. The other problem we had with our stay was the communication. We received an email saying our room was ready and we could log in to get our room code, but the code never showed up on the website. We waited over an hour for the code to show up then emailed customer service who finally sent the codes via email. It would have been nice if they had at least provided the code to the lobby when we did the check-in so we would have had a place to wait while our room was being prepared. It also would have been nice for them to have a place to store luggage while waiting for our room so we could have gone to eat without dragging suitcases around. While the hotel was nice, I'm not sure I like the concept of no customer service onsite and am not sure I would stay again.

Clean and housekeeping always showed up. Water could be a little hotter but was okay and AC was a little different to work but manageable. Would definitely be staying again when I come back

Tiny little room and tiny little beds, with a foul sewage smell emanating from the bathroom throughout, and no one to speak to or report issues to; on the positive side, good shower and decent amenities, and the neighborhood it is located in is lovely, albeit quite far from the most popular tourist destinations in the city…

No communication not what's ever. They waited until I got there and after complaining to Expedia that there is no one at the front desk that they said that I have to pay a city text and followed it with an email. Terrible for someone that doesn't speak Spanish

Truly disappointing. No reception desk. All digital. Fine, but codes should have been sent the moment payment was received. We could not enter the building; couldn’t enter our room either. Codes were sent too late. So we spent the first night at a different hotel. No refund either . A shame. Stay away from this fraud

The property was very well-kept, affordable, and located in a spectacular neighborhood. We walked all over Barcelona from the property and never felt like we were too tired to walk back. I also appreciated the work area on the ground floor for my remote office time. All in all, a very nice property.
