The staff were great and the room was nice and clean. The only item that was a bit lacking was the breakfast buffet. It was frequently out of items, they weren't refilled on a regular basis.

Check in staff were excellent, really positive, kind and helpful. Room we had was tired but tidy, unfortunately we had cockroach in it, air conditioning didn’t work, room was so hot so had to open windows in middle of the night to get room cool enough to sleep. Location was superb, only a few blocks to Sagrada Família. Refreshing rooms and fixing air conditioning would help this hotel.

Room Was clean but its hot no air conditioning, the next day we requested for fan and they gave us 1 to use for our stay and we appreciated that. There is only 1 pillow in bed and we asked for extra which is good. Area along the hotel was good its close to sagrada familia.

Great views from the room we stayed. Good size and very clean room with WiFi, water kettle and refrigerator in the room. The shower was incredible. Location was great, close to shops, restaurants, breakfast spots, metro and famous streets. Hotel offers breakfast buffet with additional fees. Ensured when booking your room, pay extra attention on how many people stay in the room to avoid unexpected charges.

Rooms were great! Staff great! Location great! AC not so much, had to keep the window open with the “ac” on to keep the room cool. The Ac is more like a fan. Had a group of friends also stay here and were on the fifth floor, all the rooms were hot and made it hard to sleep but opening the window helped. Heater turned on in the middle of the night had to call for them the turn it off. Seems to be controlled by staff. Maybe ask for a lower for a cooler room. The rooftop is awesome to see the Sagrada Família! If you don’t mind the window open with outside noises these rooms are great! Location is two blocks away from Sagrada Família and close to the metro and food and shopping! Supermarkets are very close by.
