Excellent hotel at a good price.

We were very happy with our five night stay at Hotel Derby. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had an excellent staff. The staff gave us useful tourist information and they resolved several special requests. I particularly appreciate the 24-hour receptionists who helped us get a taxi to the airport at 3:00 AM.

This hotel has the absolute worst customer service. The receptionists are rude and difficult. I would suggest trying a different hotel. Also, the location is terrible. There are much better options in Barcelona that will provide a more relaxing experience and less frustration. The booking process was unpleasant as well.
