In a very nice and quiet suburb. Amazing staff, Emma, Lina and Guadeloupe were great and made us feel very comfortable. One small downside. There was only a mirror in the bathroom, no mirror in bedroom

I went to use the jacuzzi and of course I put my stuff on the end table. It was really dark and I did not realize until I got back into my room that my towel was covered in dirt Stains Including my clothes. But it was too late when I removed the towel the dirt transferred to the bed. Now because of the lack of cleanliness around the jacuzzi they charged me extra money. And one of the ladies working there literally burated me in Spanish and called me cabron. The younger staff member though was very nice to me through my entire stay and understood That it was not my fault. Everything was beautiful on this property I just wish that the jacuzzi itself was maintained better and The area surrounding it because anyone who brings a towel to that Jacuzzi is going to get a dirty towel. It may have just been a bad day and i wouldnt have minded it since i was able to remove the stains from my clothes with water, but I didnt like being screamed at especially when i have autism and i began to cry from being overstimulated. All of the other staff were nice and understanding, though. If the owner doesnt charge me a fee like they threatened, ill come back and edit the review.

This hotel is tucked away you can get there using the train and then a bus. I’m from London and I found my way. Also Georgio the owner of this beautiful house was so accommodating and gave me a lift to somewhere I needed to get to. Highly recommend this place to anyone that comes .

Quiet area and a simple beautiful property. Family was super helpful helping us to check in as we were late in notifying them of our late arrival. Breakfast is perfect and staff are super kind and helpful even though the language barrier.

Charming hotel in a house with character.

Very friendly hotel personnel, the owner awaited my arrival, which was at 1 am. Not common for a small hotel like this. Easy to drive past the hotel, might be useful to make it more visible when it is dark. Pizza place next door where you can enjoy Italian food. Frindly personnel also here.

We like the charm of the place very much and the area it is in. We were placed in the wrong room initially due to language barrier but that was not an issue switching rooms. We only needed to sleep off the jet lag. The receptionist that came on duty in the afternoon was very friendly. The other staff appeared to be put out by us and not very friendly. One site states check out to be by noon and another by 11:30am however we had cleaning services actually come and open our door wide while we were in there and leave it open before 11:00am. Staff also appeared personally offended that I brought the coffee cups from the room to the breakfast area to fill and take back to the room. If you can speak Spanish I would highly recommend if you don't then you need to be aware of this environment. We did not let it deter us and fully enjoyed the room and grounds.

I booked the junior suite on Expedia which says it comes with a balcony and a hot tub, when I checked in they said their junior suite doesn’t come with that and showed me to less than stellar room. To top it off the shower head was laying on the floor because it was broken and couldn’t stay upright. I told him I booked the room with a hot tub and balcony and they said sorry it’s rented and they can’t do anything. I called Expedia the next day and they couldn’t help me either. Said they have to follow hotel guidelines. So on Expedia the junior suite says it has a balcony and hot tub which it doesn’t and the guy at the hotel said that happens a lot. Essentially I paid for a better room and got a crap room. I didn’t think that was fair so opted to stay elsewhere the second night (because they didn’t give me the room I paid for) and the hotel, nor Did Expedia would reimburse me.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionadl y hace mucho calor en las habitaciones. Dijeron que lo iban a reparar y no dijeron nada. La piscina con cables electricos dentro.... muy mal

Mi experiencia ha sido agridulce, por un lado, el dueño muy amable y te dan conversación la chica del desayuno y te ofrecen café cuando te ven, esta bastante limpio, es verdad que encontré algún pelo en la ducha, pero en general bastante limpio, al menos a simple vista, la cama tenia "polvo" de haberla hecho durante días o no sé, pero al día siguiente de alojarme me salió un sarpullido y heridas en la cabeza con mucho picor en la nuca, brazos y parte alta de la espalda ( parte q toca la almohada), el trato con el resto es cordial, nunca sabes si ya te han dicho todo porque no cierran la conversación, pero son atentos y cordiales, el desayuno pésimo en el sentido que estaba malísimo, cómo si fuera todo lo más barato del "supermercado", y los champús pasa igual, y no hay nada de higiene personal, solo uno gorros de ducha, un secador, y la toallas, nada más, tampoco hay agua, ni café, solo una bolsa de té, que a saber cuánto tiempo lleva y al aíre libre, dentro de un cuenco, la nevera no estaba ni enchufada....y yo tenia la suite junior, me costó dormir al principio por los ruidos de los demás huéspedes, luego dormí bien,estuve agusto en general bien, tienen un jardín con mesas y sillas q las sillas, para un rato está bien, no recomiendo el jacuzzi, ya que dudo con que frecuencia cambian el agua y lo limpian, de la sauna no me dijeron absolutamente nada, si se podía usar o no...por un lado muy bien y por otro lado muy mal, usé una noche de programa de afiliación y me arrepiento.

Het hotel ligt best afgelegen van het station, in de zomerperiode gaat de bus eens per uur naar niet precies volgens de dienstregeling. Tel dus 25 minuten lopen op bij de reis naar Barcelona. Er is zelfs een zwembad waar je gebruik van kan maken.

Un hotel diferente aunque más bien es una casa Rural que un hotel. Para mí no tiene los servicios ni la atención que debe tener un hotel. eso no quiere decir que la experiencia sea desagradable
