The room we had was modern and very clean with a gorgeous spa like bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful with outdoor and indoor dining. They also have an amazing staff willing to make your stay a memorable one.

The refurbished rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and calm. Perhaps the nicest room I have ever stayed in. The bath tub with a view is fantastic. The staff are consistently welcoming, sincere and helpful, greeting you each time you arrive or leave. They are a credit to the hotel. The lobby area and general amenities are restricted due to the major refurbishment in progress but I’m sure it will be fabulous when completed.

The staff blew me away. I did not expect to be so spoiled and cared for as I was. They emailed me before my trip and asked if I was celebrating anything special and I said yes, my 30th wedding anniversary. We saved for years to be able to take the kind of trip we wanted, and the time was here. At first, they gave me a lovely bottle of red and a dessert concoction that was more like an art piece. I thought this was a nice gift.

As soon as myself and my son arrived at hotel arts Barcelona we were made to feel like kings the staff were fabulous and escorted os to the club lounge for free food and drinks they also presented us with some gifts Which was a great touch.the club lounge manager then took us to our room which on arriving at the door the beautiful lady on the inside and out told us that the hotel had upgraded us to club suite which as just been newly renovated it was with our doubt the best room and beach view I have ever seen and been in just wow..thank you hotel arts for the best few days in Barcelona ever ❤️

This hotel was amazing from start to finish....I cannot say enough about the staff starting at the top all the way down. It sure is nice to come to a hotel where everyone is working to make your experience fantastic. The manager started from the beginning emailing me about our arrival date, the front desk wasted no time getting us our rooms and the concierge desk is FANTASTIC. Wiling to help daily until 11pm each night. Amazing... Thank you for a lovely stay
