El hostel está en muy buena ubicación. Pero la limpieza es horrible, nada más entrar en la puerta encontramos basura en el suelo que no se sacó en todo el dia. Cuando entramos en la habitación hemos encontrado un cajón roto, los cojines sucios, pelos en el suelo,la cortina muy sucia y la ducha negra. Mi pareja y yo somos alérgicos al polvo y nada más entrar nos empezó a picar todo el cuerpo. No hay recepción 24 horas y no cogen el telefono. Mucha decepción y podría ser un buen hostel gracias al sitio dónde está ubicado. Una lástima.

Definitely not worth your money. The location is perfect, and the staff helpful. For example they don’t have cleaning everyday but once I asked them to change my towels they did that in less than an hour. Otherwise, the sheets were untidy, there were marks on the table, only two channels on the tv showed, the fridge didn’t function well, there were foot prints and other marks on the walls, the toilet didn’t flush well and the shower kept going from ice cold to too hot. Also you can hear everything from the streets so it’s quite a noisy location. Wouldn’t recommend.

FUJA DESSE LUGAR - Difícil encontrar o local, já que existe apenas uma placa minúscula de indicação na porta do hostel. Recepção e limpeza inexistentes. Apenas atendimento telefônico e precário, pois o atendente afirmou que não existia reserva quando pagamos a vista. Quarto sem aquecimento, com aparelho desligado e sem forma de acioná-lo, deixando a habitação muito gelada, com vento entrando pela janela,que não fecha toda, e também por uma janela do banheiro, cujas frestas tentaram fechar com papel higiênico. As acomodações são diferentes das fotos mostradas nos anúncios.

Dégoûté !!

Pas d’accueil, pas propre du tout, lit superposé chose pas prévue , ainsi que des bêtes qui se balade L’endroit est horrible !! Je le déconseille !!! Ne vous fier pas au photo !! Nous somme d’ailleurs partie on est rester 1 nuit sur 3 j’ai du coup perdue 200€ Je suis très déçue La moindre des choses serrait au moins me rembourser une partie !!

It was a room for 3 people and one of the beds was broken. The remote for the TV was broken, or the batteries were dead. The towels had holes in them and they had a bad smell. The bathroom was not clean. The water coming out of the shower head was not strong because most of the water was leaking from the side of the shower head. They could improve a lot the room without spending a lot of money. It is not worth the amount of money they ask for it. Will never stay there again.

La verdad que me encanto esta muy bien situado para pasear y lo único que mejoraría es poder tener un escobillon con pala para poder barrer la habitación porque fueron 4 noches y poder tener toallas de recambio ya que eran 4 días pero de resto PERFECTO! !!! volvería con los ojos cerrados

Struttura completamente differente rispetto alle foto mostrate, vecchio, non curato, pulizia assente, bagno minuscolo, assolutamente non igienico in quanto non era possibile gettare la carta igienica utilizzata nel wc, ma in un cestino che non è stato mai svuotato durante il soggiormo. Non abbiamo potuto effettuare il check in, né il check out nonostante le ripetute telefonate perché non abbiamo mai avuto la presenza di alcun personale della struttura e non si sono mai resi disponibili. Buona la posizione ma assolutamente non ne vale la pena!

Zweckmäßig + Preis-Leistung angemessen

Wenig gezahlt, dafür einige Einschränkungen gehabt: Klimaanlagen-Ansammlung direkt neben dem "Kipp-Fenster" hinter einem Vorhang sehr laut! Aber mit wenig Inventar (kleiner Schreibtisch, kleiner Schrank, zwei Stühle, ein bequemes Bett mit Nachttischen und einem kleinen Kühlschrank) ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mitten im Zentrum des wunderschönen gotischen Viertels alles vorhanden, was man für kurze Nächte braucht! Die kleine Naßzelle, die zum Zimmer gehört (wir hatten privat Bathroom gebucht): ein WC, ein Waschbecken und eine Dusche - in der allerdings keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschgel etc. vorhanden ist und auch die Brause ist minimalistisch aber funktioniert. Sauberkeit: Alterserscheinungen im Gebäude + die losen (in Barcelona üblichen) Steckdosen lassen das Zimmer nicht gerade erstrahlen - aber der gebohnerte Boden, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Inventar waren sichtbar gepflegt. Die sanitären Anlagen wirkten bis auf kleinen Sanierungsstau gepflegt. Der Empfang funktionierte Reibungslos: Nach der Landung haben wir - wie in der Bestätigung gefordert - angerufen (Gespräch wie in Vor-Kommunikation auf Englisch - klappte sehr gut) und haben die Ankunftzeit von ca. 1 Stunde (laut Navi mit ÖPNV 50 Min - aufgerundet) angegeben, und dies auch mit höchstens 5 Min. Verzögerung eingehalten. Kleines Formular ausgefüllt, Schlüssel bekommen + WLAN-Kennwort bestens - freundlich! Frühstück: Bäckerei einmal über die Straße (Forneria Tiana) - sehr guter Kaffee!
