I have no idea how this thing is 3 stars. They got a self service check in. That u cant get to unless somebody from the inside opens the door. And if the front desk doesnt give u their internal res number u cant check in (mind u front desk opens 12 to 8) There is NO bfast available Then i found out to open the outside door type 1453 some random guy told me. Smells bad Alarms go off during the night If u want a cheap place with space its fine but this isnt 3 stars. Lookd like a left over USRR building

Sheets and towels were not changed for 4 days since registration is done with robot and not a person, we tried to be registered over 40 min, with a line of frustrated guest, speaking to machine /robot. wall way smells like Trash, AC was set to 78 with no possibility to cool below the 78. totally running scam.

Not recommended

It's not a suitable place for tourists as it is way too far from the city center. Expect at least 1 hour and 20 minutes on public transport or to pay between 20 and 30 euros for a taxi. The check in is a nightmare. The reception only opens 2 hours a day and despite having one employee during this time, you are expected to do it with a machine that doesn't accept half of the information you input. If something is wrong or missing, there's nobody available to help. We didn't get enough towels or cutlery for 3 guests but as there's no reception or personnel, we couldn't do anything about it. You can definitely do better for the price they charge

The self check in process is a nightmare. We waited over 20 min in a very small area with just one machine to do the self checking in as another group of 4 were doing check in and having issues with the process. As someone came out from the hotel I was able to make it in and asked the only person in an office by the counter area for assistance to do my check in because we had a tour and already running late. The person was able to do the check in for me and the group at the machine was still having issues trying to complete theirs. The room is spacious but very dated. The bathroom was horrible!!!!! The shower curtain was moldy and nasty, the floor of the shower even worse. The water was running just hot and we had to close the hot water in the main line to be able to shower. The A/C was not working well neither. The bed had wheels and was moving all over. In general very dirty and dated.

The location is perfect for quiet sleep and bus access to any destination. Just wish there was better communication as to how to enter building. Front desk only manned in the evening, we arrived early from flight, hoping to store luggage and start exploring. Couldn’t do it until after 12. Then no one told us the code to open front door. Room was very dated but manageable, just wish the safe and hair dryer were operable. Beds were comfortable enough to rest well. There are very few restaurants nearby but plenty throughout the city, so not a big problem, just plan accordingly. Bathroom lacks ventilation so mildew on grout lines is evident, again, no big deal for us. Small fridge works well for cooling beverages or perishable items. All in all, not a bad place to stay, specially for quiet nights. Just don’t expect any degree of luxury.

A hotel where time including condition has stood still. Even repairs are not carried out. There was something broken about all the furniture. The windows could be slid open like that, couldn't be locked either. The view of a balcony where a hoarder lives. The thermostat did not work, it stayed 25 degrees or warmer in the room. The bathroom was downright filthy. The shaving residue from our previous one was still against the wall. When you had showered it got even hotter in the room. The next day, the bathroom was still full of condensation. The towels were changed after 3 nights. Only the dirty ones they did not take away. So a pile of bath towels in the bathroom that was a sight to behold. On arrival, we were not even let in by guest service. Another customer had to let us in. When we asked how to check in, we were very surly and impersonally told that this could only be done digitally with a sign-in column. After leaving the hotel, we even had to ask how to get back in. They had not passed on the numerical code the day before. You could literally hear your neighbours and the rest of the corridor. Even your neighbours' microwave oven can be heard in your room.

Close to public transit but this area is far from Barcelona. The heater did not work and the breaker for the lights kept snapping off. Told the front desk and they said that they’d send someone to fix it, but they never did. Upholstery has scratches on it and the curtains were ripped. Could hear not only the noisy neighbors next door, but anyone walking down the hall and every time a door closed. Super thin walls! There’s no shower curtain in the shower and no glass door, so the water went everywhere anytime that I showered. Housekeeping came only ONE time during a week stay and they only emptied the trash cans when they did. Stay was nice but that’s about it. Would not stay here again.

We got a nice room. Amenities within the room were good, however there was zero soundproofing between suites and the hallways. We had some sort of party above us for 2 of our nights and we were unable to get any sound sleep until much past midnight. The other issue is that because the facility is minimally staffed, trying to get the noise addressed was impossible. After our check in we never saw a member of staff again. I guess if you want to party, this is the place. if you want to rest, maybe not.
