Overall the stay was wonderful! Easy to use app and access code, super helpful and responsive customer service! But and I big but that is specifically to my case is that I travel with my son( almost 3 years old) and my mother(67 years old) and they booked us the Room #1, which was next to the street. We hear everything that was happening outside from the cleaning truck to the normal pedestrian crossing the street. Yet! We slept wonderfully! The mattress are nice and the bathroom was on point( they put several towels, which worked great). I choose this hotel due to the proximity to the metro, and it was perfect! The station has an elevator so thats an add on(unfortunately L1 does not have to many elevator). The neighborhood looks very local, but nothing to worry about. We are coming from the US but originally from south America, therefore all this Barrios are similar/look a like the ones we grew. Hopefully this review helps as we had such a wonderful stay in Barcelona.

Todo esta bien, personal al telefono muy amable y profesional, la habitacion muy bonita y confortable, nevera no funcionaba. Lo unico que me molesto un poco fue la localidad. Al salir del metro, tenia miedo porque parece zona pobre y quizas insegura. Me gusto mucho la vibración de la calle, si emargo senti un riesgo, sobre todo la entrada al edificio es justo en frente de basuras, y cada dia encontre gente pobre buscando cosas en la basura ademas pobres sentando a la entrada del edificio. Asi que no queria salir por la noche de miedo. Al final precio/ localidad no lo veo correcto, pagar casi 165 euros por noche en zona ensegura no lo veo bien. No pienso voy a repetir en este zona, pero si que repito con olala en otros lugares.
