When I contacted them, the man on the phone told me the driver was there, which made me walk around looking for a man with a hotel sign and my name. I kept calling, and finally, they told me I was at the wrong airport (them, not me). When I started complaining, he told me that I had to take a taxi. I asked for a refund, and he told me I had to speak to the manager the next day. I spoke to the manager, and she told me, 'No, sorry, no refund,' because they do not provide transfers at the airport where I arrived. "Excellent hotel very near BKK airport and free shuttle service. The room was exceptional, clean, comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant and the gelato bar was delicious. Stayed one night to catch flight the next day. I highly recommend this very nice hotel with very courteous staff."
