"The staff , especially the concierge, was extremely helpful. The only issue we had was , on our previous stay from February 11 through February 14… we stayed in room 1509 and had certain items from the room provided free of charge. In our just completed stay we were in room 1004 and we consumed the same items but upon check out we were charged for them. We were not informed that we would be charged else we would refrain from using them. So I think that guests should be informed of this at the check in time. Or it would be good to have one of the price list in the room so guests make their choices. I chose the hotel because of your quality of service however this experience left a negative impact on me."
