"Being a fairly new hotel, as soon as we entered, there was a grand and beautiful lobby with stores, water fountain, and seating areas. Very luxurious. Check-in was easy. The rooms are clean and beautiful. It was maintained very well and everything was spotless. Loved the showers. We initially stayed on the top floor, but right below the kitchen and there was some noise as part of its regular operations. I'm a very light sleeper so this didn't work for me. The staff relocated us immediately to the other side of the hotel. The rest of the stay was very lovely and the amenities were the most expensive I've seen in a long time. I had a great experience, right across from a nice new mall. I'd definitely stay here again."

"I loved how close it was to the airport. After a long flight it was awesome. Everything I wanted was within walking distance, a 7-11, a coffee place, a mini mart and a fantastic nail salon and massage place. Oh yeah the rooftop restaurant was great too."

"Even the hotel wasn’t located in close proximity to the monorail. The well-organised transportation made no difference to other hotels located just on steps from the BTS . Great spa and pool , service , breakfast with ongoing free coffee and tea at lobby"
