"Check in was smooth. Staff were very helpful. Location was very near to both a tram stop and a bus stop.
Breakfast was basic but included in the price so more than adequate. Parking was also free and I never had a problem with finding a space in the car park.

"Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though.
Restaurant was lovely and staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and served very hot. Staff made sure the food was ok for us and kept our drinks refreshed.

"Terrific location for attending a gig at the Park. Very kindly and helpful staff, very good atmosphere all round. Comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast included was satisfying, and with a 20% client discount it was definitely worth eating there late afternoon. Easy links into London for travel. Would absolutely stay there again."

A deluxe double room without a window was a bit dark, would have been nice to know this when booking. Probably wouldn’t have stayed there for more than 1 night because of that.
