"Property was in excellent position to shops restaurants and buses. Staff were friendly pleasant, nothing was a problem, so helpful towards us as we are from overseas. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Would thoroughly recommend Premier Inn Sutton."
"What a fantastic find for our one night stay in the Sutton area. Great staff, very clean and a real buzz in the bar and dining area. Our room was clean and warm with fully functioning air con for overnight. Very modern and clean bathroom. The dining area and bar were fab. Thoroughly recommend. All staff were so friendly and such a nice touch being called by your first name from when to check in to when you check out. "

"We stayed for 8 nights, the experience was mostly good, but we got the room directly next to the elevator (literally you can make one big step from the threshold of my room’s door to the elevator’s door), so it becomes noisy whenever other guests and hotel staff move around. Also for 8 nights, I was hoping that we’d get more than 2 bottled water and 2 pieces of biscotti. The location is great otherwise, very close to Earl’s court station."
