"Absolutely wonderful! We loved our host and appreciate his helpfulness and conversation!"

"We tried many times to call OYO client services as there was no reception or staff at the hotel to get the door code to get in. I’ve lost more than 1h on the phone. Worst service ever!"

"1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night ."

"Beautiful interior, comfortable room, lovely cooked breakfast, parking and only a short walk in to the centre of Bath. Perfect stay!"

"Location was excellent - in the heart of Bath, close to the Abbey and Roman Baths"

"Okay for a place to stay but its a help yourself breakfast. No staff around. No staff to check you in. I had to phone to get someone to come out. And no one says 'Hello Old Star B&B'. Just 'Hello, Karen speaking.' How are you supposed to know you've reached the right number? No staff on check out. I just left the keys on the bed. Poor customer service."

"Everything was perfect. The attention of the host was really thoughtful, the location was completely adorable and a perfect place to disconnect and the breakfast filling and delicious"

"easily to walk to Railway station ,delicious breakfast,"

"Have the Full English breakfast if you dare, fabulous."

"I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this place; such nice people! The location was great too - quiet but within walking distance to everything you could need. The room was well prepared, though not the best; the shower leaked and I couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work. It was also small which is what I booked, but at the price point I might have hoped for something a bit nicer. But I will say it was made up for by the wonderful people working there; they were so nice and...

Far from the station and city centre. No close to shop or restuarant No staff after 20:00 No good view, just a car clean No double bed or...

"Devonshire House was clean and well maintained. The bedroom was roomy and clean as was the ensuite. Plenty of tea and coffee and extra left in the communal lounge if required. Could have done with extra towels, only a bath sheet per person and one hand towel, could have done with one smaller towel per person for after washing your hair..minor criticism and we did manage by sharing the hand towel.. Chris was very friendly and helpful. We took his advice and went on the FREE walking tour around...
