โรงแรมใกล้ประตูบาบ มักคะฮ์, เจดดาห์

"The hotel room was spacious with minimal furniture yet comfortable and clean. Food choice for breakfast will suit more dinner rather than breakfast, but both the quality and quantity was satisfactory. Will recommend use ceramic coffee cups rather than paper ones."

"I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia. On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends."

"Great"

"Everything was great, the room is very nice, location is walking distance to the beach and to some of many great restaurants and shops. The staff are very welcoming, they even brought me a birthday cake since it was my birthday, which was really appreciated."

"Very good customer service, specially two sisters, excellent behavior"

"No issue at all "

"Nice rooms, but just a bit noisy. Breakfast was fine, excellent service from Jafar, Mohamed and Haneef. They were so polite and made sure everything was okay. I found the entire breakfast crew a 10 out of 10. Staff at reception lobby was not that polite and nice. No hello of welcome when coming in the hotel, no goodbye when walking out the hotel. They didn’t seemed very interested in the guests. Pool was just fine, a bit out dated but okay. Gym had plenty of equipment. Plenty of choice at...

"Hot water supply was very poor it took forever.. I know it's a hot country not everyone the same when it comes to taking a shower... also within the hotel room they only provided everything for 1 person even though me and my wife stayed for 2 night."

"Very nice place"
