It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent. Their UmAli dessert is a must-try. Special shout out to Mohamed who brought meals to my room on two occassions for his courtesy and professionalism. The housekeeping staff also did a great job. They need to tag their two entrances (on opposite sides) on Google maps because Uber drivers and customers often get confused on where exactly the pick up is. While the hotel is strategically located close yo Al-Balad, there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

I recommend this hotel.The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very attentive. Room service is very fast and detailed. Room was always made up by the time I got back, even if i was gone for only a short time. The pool and cafe are wonderfull. And room was comfortable and the beds and pillow were great to sleep on. As a foreigner, the hotel staff were great especially as I know a little Arabic and was only communicating in English. Ahlam was very helpful an attentive to any concern or issue I had was quick to resolve it and I highly appreciate that.

Newer hotel. The room was quite nice and spacious with a good sized desk and comfortable bed. Fitness center is quite nice with new equipment (for both men & women). Outdoor pool was lovely too. Dining options a bit limited though. There is one main restaurant offering buffet options (tasty though!). But otherwise can order from the pool cafe/room service/lobby cafe from limited a la carte menu. Nothing walkable nearby for other dining options. The elevators need some maintenance as frequently was unable to travel to room floor “was restricted”; I brought this up to management during checkout.
