A comfortable friendly home from home hotel

We did not have breakfast but the excellent breakfast manager this morning let us have as many teas or coffee s as we liked whilst we waited for the taxi. The service was excellent, super amazing staff and Racan gave us an upgrade too making it even better value. We loved our room, the hotel is centrally located, near all the places we wished to visit. We would definately come again.

Stay in North Jeddah

What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean.

The hotel is great and it’s location in tahlia near to different facilities The pool is fantastic however The room space is great and the staff are very friendly The only issue it that the rooms in the ground floor have some noises form outside the buildings specially room without pool view

I want to specially thank Hashim at the reception desk for his incredible hospitality. Also, I'd like to highlight how delicious the breakfast was! I have stayed at much more expensive hotels with a sea of options, etc...but they usually lack in flavor. This breakfast felt like it had a soul! it had flavor. I haven't had a hotel breakfast this good in a long time. Also, the Padel court on site is one of the best plus I have ever encountered. Balcony was spacious. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends.

Great Service, But Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel and honestly found it to be pretty mediocre overall. The building itself looks old and a bit run-down, definitely not what you’d expect for the rates they charge. The view from the room was also disappointing—nothing scenic or particularly pleasant to look at, which took away from the overall experience. For the price, I expected a lot more. The rooms and amenities feel average at best. You’re paying a premium, but the hotel doesn’t deliver on the luxury or comfort you’d hope for at that level. That said, the customer service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was professional, kind, and eager to help. The restaurants were also a highlight: great food, excellent presentation, and attentive service. If you’re booking purely for the dining experience and warm hospitality, you might enjoy your stay. But if you’re looking for great views, modern rooms, and overall value, this hotel may fall short.

Excellent stay in jeddah

We had an excellent 2 day stay at the movenpick in Jeddah . The hotel was very relaxing, had a lovely pool and everything was very well organized. The staff were very attentive and helpful. If you stay make sure you take the incredible breakfast all home cooked by chef hisham and his team. Amazing food and extremely nice Hisham who explained the cooking and was very generous! A great place to stay
