"清掃は行き届いていたが、キャンセルポリシーが厳しく、連絡も不便であった。人数変更で追加を支払ったが、タオルの数は変更前のものであり、Wi-Fiは変更されていたがマニュアルに反映されていないようであった。　備品についてももう少し詳細が分かれば良いと思った。"

"とても清潔感があって良かったです。景色もとても良く良かったです。肌寒かったですがせっかくなのでバーベキューしました。コンロが電気なので炭などの手間もなく良かったですが風が強くて寒かったせいかガンガン焼ける感じではなかったのでゆったりやるのに焦げなくてちょーど良いかなと思います。備品の品揃えも十分で洗濯機もあるので着ていったものを洗って持って帰れるので帰ってから溜まった洗濯機をしなくて助かりました。最初室内でプレートがあったのでそれを使用して室内で焼肉にしようかと思いましたが油受けが欠けていて使えなかったのでそれは直してもらった方が良いと思います。テレビがなく壁にプロジェクターで投影されるのですがリビングから観ると近すぎて逆に少し観にくいかなと思いました。 Wi-Fiがモデムが固まっていたのか繋がりがいまいちでした。"

10/10 Excellent

"We had an early flight out of KIX and appreciated the hotel was adjacent to the train station and airport (one huge mishmash lol). Of note, it is well over an hour from Osaka to KIX on the train with various exchanges. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful and even gave us an early check-in when we joined their rewards program. No complaints! We would definitely stay here again if we had an early or late flight from KIX."

"Very convenient location. Connected to the train station that goes directly to KXI. The view from our room is wonderful and very spacious. Staff were very helpful and they let you store luggage. There is a family mart onsite and a 711 in the station. Rinku outlets is about a 10mins walk along with some good restaurants."

"Some more maintenance could be done. Refrigerator was not working and when I went to check if it was plugged it, there were piles of dust behind. Toilet seat had some clear glue like substance on it, maybe residual cleaner. Overall clean otherwise. The facilities are starting to look dated but kept it good shape. I wish I knew about the free shuttle before I walked 20 minutes from the train station. Free Landry machines are a nice touch with QR code to check machine status."
