"Everything was excellent two young gentle men in the front made me feel welcomed in, I was solo traveling for the first time and they gave me cool spots to check out , every staff member here is super kind, room was clean and organized anything that I needed they would provide whether it was towels , toliet paper , blankets etc . "Great location! Loved the on-site coffee bar & rooftop restaurant, 24-hour convenience store next door, and extremely helpful front desk staff. We had 2 double beds with a terrace where we enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings. The one caution is that if you are a light sleeper, beware that the terrace is very loud due to being on the busy street side. Between the honking, motors, people singing (once at 4:30 am), etc. you will get interrupted sleep unless you use the provided earplugs. The other side of the hotel is off a quiet street. We would definitely stay here again."

"The Staff were excellent - especially Monserrat, aka Monse, at the front desk - she was delightful! Always pleasant, happy and willing to help with anything. She gave us great suggestions for dinner and directions. The other front desk personnel and staff were also very helpful and personable. Pros: Kitchenette equipped with filtered water, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, skillets, dishes, full refrigerator. Plenty of shelves and hanging space for clothes Great Location - convenient to lots of great restaurants Good laundry Gym and Terrace Cons: While there was good hanging space, there was a small number of hangers for two people. Our Balcony had no furniture - why have a balcony with no furniture? Our refrigerator had a very loud noise - they sent someone to repair it twice without luck - never offered to replace it or move us to a different room The shower has very low pressure; also, it would go from hot to boiling hot and then very cold without notice. There is a pull-out bed in the sofa, but the linens provided do not fit properly, so I would wake in a wad of linens. The bed is a typical pull-out, semi-comfortable. On two separate occasions, my husband attempted to use the men's bathroom off the terrace and there was no toilet tissue in any stall. Loud sirens day and night. I would probably recommend ULIV for the location, but would not recommend a balcony room, and would caution about the shower if that is important for my friends."
