I have stay in this place multiple times never disappoint , the personal is very friendly and helpful and I love the freedom of coming and going without having to walk by the front desk . The neighborhood is great for day walks.

Had a great stay at Colmena, had no issues, my bedroom was on the ground floor facing the rear and it was very quiet, I wasn't disturbed during the night at all. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard, comfortable bed and decent shower with hot water. Communal areas were nice although I didn't use them much. Overall had a very comfortable stay and would come back. Thank you!

The property is well located, lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Staff was nice, kitchen was good to cook your own meals al though a lot of times several other people will be cooking at the same time. Wifi was great for me to work from there. Not the best on the patio but in the rooms it was great. We got the room on the top floor so it was really quiet. Overall a good experience, much better than the other Colmena property I stayed at for a week (owned by the same management) but we checked out because it was right next to the highway. The cons: the bathroom sink was almost breaking, it could use a little reno. Its advertised as co-living space, lots of people working remotely. Make the business center less claustrophobic and more areas to log in... or at least have chairs inside the bedroom comfortable enough to sit for long periods of time. Mention the rules on the property, for example no access to the patio after 10 pm. Thats a little early to close it off especially for weekends. Providing, the patio was away from all other rooms so it would not disturb anyone. Not saying, one should be allowed to be loud and have music blasting in the middle of the night. but since the rooms dont have balconies, people staying long-term need an outdoor space to spend time.

Location is fantastic, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, kitchen offers everything you need to cook and dozens of restaurants nearby give every reason not to. The only reason I took 1 star of is MOSQUITOES. Without a net on windows you have to seal the room for the night, which does not rhyme well with the human need to breathe. Still, if I survived for 2 weeks, it is definitely possible.

I have a very serious complaint about one of your staff members here. We just checked out of the two rooms we had from the 13th to the 17th. Since checkout was less than half an hour away, we moved our luggage into our new room, which we have reserved from the 17th to the 20th, so housekeeping could begin cleaning the previous rooms. While I was bringing our luggage into the new room, one of your staff members asked me how many people were going to be staying in this room. Confused, I answered that there would be two people and asked why he was asking. He told me that if more people were staying, he would have to charge me extra. I asked him again if I had made my reservations incorrectly. Our previous reservations were for three people in Room 108 and four people in Room 302. This reservation, in Room 102, was made for two people. He replied that he was just informing me. However, I find it extremely unprofessional that he would ask such an offensive question without first knowing the details of our reservation. It made me feel as though he was accusing me of trying to cheat the hotel by sneaking extra people into the room. I just rented two rooms for a total of seven people, & then booked an additional room for two more people because we're staying a few extra days. How could he possibly assume that I was trying to cheat the hotel? Everything had been going very well until this moment. Now I'm seriously considering canceling this last reservation & moving elsewhere!

Not good for solo travelers

These suites provided everything for staying long term such as kitchen, washer and dryer, tv lounge, coffee, fridge. Unfortunately, the families staying there took pver the place as if it were their own house. Sprawling over the couches, tv on all day and evening, kitchen utensils piled high or the dishwasher full all the time. So clearly not a place for individuals, but great for families who want to make noise, cook for ten people and stay home all day. Otherwise, clean and efficient, helpful staff. Bedding only changed every 3 days. They say don't put the tag on the door if you want bedding changed, but then they don't do it anyway for three days, so pointless.

No tiene estacionamiento, las habitaciones para dormir bien, un poco ruidosas. Ya que en la que me tocó, compartimos ventana con otro cuarto, y entonces escuchábamos toda la plática de las personas del otro cuarto y viceversa. No tiene tv y en el baño la rejilla del desagüe de la regadera no lo tenia. Los demas bien. La cama a gusto y la regadera y baño, el agua caliente. Por el costo si creo quw deberían tener mas cuidado con lo que mencioné arriba, ya que por unao 200 pesos mas, te hosp2das en un hotel con tv.

No es un hotel convencional, es una casa con cuartos independientes. Tiene una cocina y algunos otros espacios compartidos. Los cuartos son austeros (no hay TV, aire acondicionado, etc), pero muy limpios. La localización es excelente. Muy recomendado para viaje de negocios cuando el presupuesto es ajustado.

La habitacion que nos tocó estaba junto al pasillo y de frente a la entrada, cada vez que alguien entraba se escuchaba como azotaban la puerta , a las 8 todo mundo empezaba a hablar y un mega escandalo... para descsnaar no es recomendable. Al terminarse el hospedaje a las 12 en punto mos fueron a rocar que ya desocuparamos lo cual me parecio muy grosero. Un monton de moscos en la habitaifon ya que la ventana no tiene mosquitero. No ponen toalla de manos, segun hicieron el aseo y los moscos e insectos que matanos la noche anteios ahi seguían en el piso, solo tendieron la cama. Esta centrico y a unas 7 cuadras del metro, las áreas comunes estan limpias, pero los otros huespedes se adueñan de los sillones y la mesa. Mmm para dormir esta entre comillas bien, pero no es lo maximo.
