"Great location. Guest services were excellent and quick and responsive. Upon arrival to our room it was a bit loud due to an event in the park across the street. They quickly changed and placed us in a quieter room. Overall great experience and worth the stay. Only thing I would say could be a negative, would be the decor of the room. Felt more of staying in a college dorm.

"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
