"With Yuchengco Museum across the street and Ayala Museum at Greenbelt Mall within easy walking distance by elevated walkway, I can enjoy Philippine culture, while my husband has easy access to business meetings in Makati. Grocery stores (including a Korean grocery) are also walking distance, and we enjoy the weekend markets at Salcedo and Legazpi parks, with prepared food, fruit and veg, local carabao cheese and handicrafts. Lets us make use of a useful kitchenette, if we decide to eat in. So...
"I sometimes use this hotel when I go on business trips to Manila. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. However, sometimes the shower room does not drain properly and the shower does not switch properly."
"It was simply an amazing hotel.
The staff’s hospitality, the opulence of the facilities, and the cleanliness were unmatched.
I felt completely at ease from start to finish.
Breakfast at “Mireio” was especially memorable—not only offering the usual variety of egg dishes, but also a selection of Asian dishes such as noodles and rice, making it delightfully difficult to choose.
The pool was reserved exclusively for Raffles guests, allowing me to enjoy a sense of privilege and peaceful luxury away...
"This is my 4 time staying here. Staff are always friendly, and the bell person at the front door remembers me from my previous stay. Easy to walk to Ayala Triangle Park and other great locations. "
"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
"I've stayed here a couple times and it's a much smarter choice than the City Garden GRAND nearby. The rooms are the same size, but lower priced. Staff is pleasant. Beds are comfortable. WiFi is adequate. I'd stay again."
"Stay has been very good especially Gwen at the front desk who helped in my search for my left behind cell phone in the Grab taxi. Really appreciate it. Thank you."
