"I booked an overnight stay at this hotel for my mom and niece due to its proximity to the Canadian VAC. Overall, their stay was pleasant. However, I did notice a security concern - the door lock wasn't working properly. When they tried to engage the deadbolt, the door alarm would trigger, but if they didn't lock the door, the alarm would stop. My niece reported the issue to the front desk, and an employee came to check it out. Unfortunately, the only solution offered was to use the latch. I hope the hotel addresses this issue soon."

"I've stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are nice, the staff is very good, the pool is nice, price is good, and the location is perfect. Drinks at the bar are inconsistent and the service there is a bit slow (well, the kitchen anyway). Food is okay, not great. Biggest issue is the elevators; so slow. I mean very, very slow; too many people and floors for just two elevators, and no service elevator. But overall it's a good hotel for the price."

"I like this place a lot and I stayed in another Condominium within the building back in February. The check in this time was terrible compared to before. The front desk said I needed an authorization from the host, but there’s no way to contact the host. So, I tried Expedia and all you get is A I and no answers. I did stay five days, then added three weeks. Everything is great except the check staff could use training. I would stay again and after more than an hour they said no authorization was needed same as three months prior when I stayed. "

"I made 3 different bookings with The Alpha Suites within the 17 days of our vacation to the Philippines. The 1st booking was for 3 nights which was good overall. The 2nd booking was for an overnight stay. We washed our clothes but couldn't dry because the dryer was not working. Had to wait a few hours to get the dryer replaced so it ruined our plan for that day. Also, the bathroom vent was very loud. The 3rd/final booking was for 3 nights. It was a disaster. We found so many tiny bugs on our bed. Thought it was just the bedding but even after the bedding was changed, the bugs kept re-appearing. We had to move to another apartment that night. My kids were already asleep. They were not happy to wake up, get up to pack and move to another apartment but we had to do it. The 2 bedroom apartment was good. We loved the space, the views and the location. The staff were very kind and helpful. Although the manager at the end of our stay gave us a free ride to the airport and knocked off bills to compensate for the inconvenience about the bugs situation but the inconvenience we experienced during our 2nd and 3rd booking has ruined part of our vacation. You'd think, we will be given an apartment better than the 1st, then 2nd, then the 3rd stay as we have shown loyalty to the hotel. It was disappointing that our apartment started to be good, to bad, to worse. The management could use a thorough inspection of the apartment before they put guests in so any inconvenience could be avoided."
