"Arrived early but given an upgraded room by Vince who was incredibly polite and helpful. Room was great and a nice touch was a small carton of real milk on each day. Helped with Uber booking and all staff really welcoming"

"Gorgeous, very clean, accessible and super comfy hotel with lots of amenities (premium toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and you can even order a specialty pillow ?!). The beds were so comfortable and having a heat pump in the room was a really nice touch.
Really close to Wynyard/Viaduct while still being very quiet and private. Has a pool, spa, nice courtyard, well equipped gym and spa - a total package.
Real highlight was the staff - they were so incredibly kind and very accommodating...
"Britomart Hotel was the perfect venue for my birthday getaway. It was central with plenty of amazing dining options nearby and great service from the friendly staff. The facilities were immaculate and there were so many other patrons attending the concert I was also there to see."
"The location is excellent being one street off the main road so very close to shops and restaurants and despite being so close to the main road, the room was quiet with no noise from traffic etc. The room was great and spacious, and excellent parking.
My only very minor feedback/suggestion would in the bathroom there was no shelf or area to leave items such as toothbrush/hair products etc which would have been useful "
