"Staff was great, room was super-clean, breakfast was fine. The building itself is small and we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going."

"Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location."

"This property is in an excellent location in the CBD, close to many restaurants, pubs, ferries and shopping. The hotel rooms are very spacious, quiet, comfy bed, and clean. This hotel is great value and totally walkable to many sights including Sky Tower. Highly recommend."

"Helpful foh staff, accommodating my fear of heights giving us a liwer ground floor room. Beautiful room with everything needed. We only stayed 1 night for a concert but would definitely come back again."

"Lovely new hotel centrally located in Auckland CBD. Nice views of the harbour and well appointed room with a super comfy bed. Nice welcome on arrival from Jameica on the front desk and great service from Thea in the Hotel Restuarant. Excellent food ,good portions and obviously cooked by a chef as opposed to a Cook. We’ve tried a number of Auckland CBD hotels and this one is our go - to."

"Very pleasant and helpful staff. Cool room with great fun details. Great location. Glad to have found this hotel and would love to stay there again!"

"Really great location, loved that. Excellent to have secure off street parking. Nice complimentary snack basket. The beds were comfortable. However, please note that the economy studio has one tiny high window, but is essentially a windowless block bunker under the back of the building. There is no natural ventilation, light or outlook. It was ok for us as on this trip we just needed a bed at night, however we would have been very disappointed if wanted to spend any time there. Also, one...

"So much good, affordable food around the hotel. Walkable to the Viaduct, ferry and train stations and shopping. Nice bartender in the afternoon/evening."

"Great location near Sky tower, close to shops, port and transport options. Quiet. Helpful staff."

"Check in was seamless, love this boutique hotel, has restaurants next door & location to the ferries is a 2 min walk."

"The employees are smiling, kind and very friendly. The room is clean and warm."

"Great hotel, good location and excellent facilities....would recommend"

"Accessibility"

"Loved our stay central great pool/ sauna"

"Great location overall, very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Didnt care much for parking situation as had to park away from location and parking garage was very tight. I'd try street parking next time. Overall though, would definitely stay there again."

"Unfortunately, our experience at LyLo wasn’t the best. The accommodation didn’t quite meet our expectations, and there were a few things that could have been better to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. For the price, we expected a better overall experience. It was okay for a short stay, but I wouldn’t be rushing back or recommending it as a first choice."

"The staff was great. They were very accommodating. A special shout out to Raelene at the front desk. She's A 5 Star emp!oyee."
