"Gorgeous, very clean, accessible and super comfy hotel with lots of amenities (premium toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and you can even order a specialty pillow ?!). The beds were so comfortable and having a heat pump in the room was a really nice touch.
Really close to Wynyard/Viaduct while still being very quiet and private. Has a pool, spa, nice courtyard, well equipped gym and spa - a total package.
Real highlight was the staff - they were so incredibly kind and very accommodating...
"The hotel itself has a really cool vibe throughout. Everything is well-maintained and also retro chic. The restaurant is fantastic. We went to high tea and cannot say enough about how wonderful the offerings were. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms were super comfortable and clean. Also, have to say the tub was fantastic and very deep so made for a wonderful evening hot soak with bath salts readily available!! The only thing I will say is a possible negative is that the parking garage...
"The bed was so comfortable, perfect for a good sleep after a long flight. Rooms were spacious and well fitted out. We also found it very quiet. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Auckland."
