From finding your room to just shuffling around in it because it's so small to the lifts which are tiny to breakfast which is pathetic. Hot food, don't help yourself, the staff will serve you to limit your consumption. And the choices are tiny and poor so who cares? And no coffee in room, no kettle etc. I could go on. At length. The room was very clean and modern, with a nice bathroom, hot showers and great air conditioning. The street outside is very hectic but the room was interior and very quiet. Included breakfast was simple but great. The area is a little sketchy at night but you can walk nearly everywhere downtown. "
