"Hotel and rooms are clean enough. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the location was in the parking lot of massive semi truck stop so the area around it was loud and dirty. "
"Smelled strange like moisture in the room but overall I will stay again . It was clean and service desk was helpful and respectful. The walk ability is pretty good tons of gas stations and food options. And not to mention the drive to the air port is less then 5 minutes so there’s no need to wake up 2-4 hours early to catch your flight . Nashville is about less than 15 minutes away. "

The indoor/outdoor pool is awesome and the hot tub is big
They even provided us with a fan and adjusted the air vents in our room after i called the front desk to ask about how to lower thermostat temperature because it would only go to 66"
"Everything was very easy and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and helped with any needs we had. The hot breakfast was great and even the coffee was really good, not burnt tasting.
We will stay here again if we are in Franklin. "
"Overall the entire hotel was clean and well maintained.
The room clean and bed comfortable.
The only issue that we had was that the arm rests on the desk chair were broken.
Will definitely try to stay there again on future trips."
