Surprisingly, this Hyatt only has basic amenities, similar to a Hol7day inn. Breakfast was average, didn't see waffles or fruits. Not close to restaurants and far from the hindu temple.

The room was exactly what we were looking for layout-wise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The main issue I had with the overall stay was that it took forever for the A/C to catch up in the room. It was also an extremely hot day but we didn't arrive until around 8pm and had to stay in the hotel in the first place because our A/C at home went out. So I was hoping for a very cold room to welcome us. The blackout blind also had a link broken so didn't close all the way and the sheets and bed were not the comfiest. The breakfast was great and the overall experience was what was expected.

Our check in was delightful. Everyone at the desk was so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The carpet was a little bit worn, the bathroom where the shower and toilet were was a bit small with a somewhat low ceiling. But the rest of the room was incredibly spacious. The pillows were perfect. Hotel pillows usually make my neck hurt and these didn’t. Breakfast was actually really good for hotel breakfast! Lots of hot options, fresh fruit, and several different toppings for yogurt along with all the usual things. The property seemed like a very safe and convenient location close to dinner options and the conference we went to.

Room wasn't great. Staff were not overly welcoming. Breakfast was ok. Pool was ok. Location not the greatest for downtown activities. Bathrooms in rooms are ridiculously small. I'm not a big guy but literally had to stand in shower to close the door to use washroom. Water was hit and miss for hotness.

The breakfast had a lot of choice and even hot items. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The pull-out couch was not comfortable, but it was spacious enough for a person to sleep on the couch part. The pool was nice and a good temperature. It would have been nice if they had some lounge chairs instead of just regular chairs. We would definitely stay here again as it was right off the highway and about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Also had good restaurants within walking distance.
