We return to this hotel every year. The room was tidy and the property also. It's a five minute walk to a restaurant, good to have something nearby after a long drive. And it's a great property for your pets near the hotel and a great neighborhood to walk your pup.

We booked through Expedia Travel. When booking one of the amenities was that they accepted pets. Nothing was mentioned about a pet charge until check in.The room had no drapes only the black out drapes. Also the microwave didn't work at all. This hotel needs a face-lift, but it was okay. Breakfast was good. Room could have been cleaner dirt in all corners of the bathroom floor.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good. The purpose for our stay was a pool. We asked at check in about the pool and we're told we could use it. Pool was in awful condition and hadn't been maintained. Second day pool was closed. We asked up front about the pool. If they would have told us about it in the beginning we would have went somewhere else.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and laundry was closed for renovations. Was a disappointment for the kids but I guess just bad timing that we was there. A/C was not on in the halls on the 2nd floor (don’t know about the rest), but A/C in the rooms worked great. Overall wasn’t a bad stay just bad timing.

The hotel is very clean. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast had a variety of cold and hot foods. It was refilled as needed. My only complaint is about the rooms. I could not figure out how to adjust the a/c, I even spoke to the desk clerk about it. Also, the beds were too soft for me.
