"Every thing was exceptional 👍👍👍"

"Excellent resort, the staff were excellent. The pool side drink and food service made days at the pool fun and relaxing. Edgar, Ara and all the other entertainment team staff seem to have unlimited energy and were excellent with both children and adults. Rooms and common areas were always cleaned in a timely manner by the cleaning staff, and the landscaping around the resort was beautiful!"

"We did not realize at flamingos we only got access to half the resort & our sides beachfront restaurant was closed for renovation. But we upgraded and switched to the La estancia side to get full access to the amenities. But then our room was bare bones. We had no water or drinks (like we had in other room) but we had one broken coffee pod . Even when we told front desk they stalked the fridge which was nice, but no coffee. It was just odd and considering during the day the only coffee available...

"Muy buen servicio y el hotel increíble"

"Not all restaurants open in October. Good food and drinks."

"The hotel in general is ok.Unfortunately the bed needed to be replaced. It was sunken and gave us back pain. I expect a higher standard from Hilton properties."
