Modern, clean looking, the service and the staff were amazing including delivering my hotel luggage to the next hotel i was staying at and the station nearby was great only a 5 minute walk and the free hotel umbrellas provided were incredible because we came in during the rainy season "

"This place is just amazing in every way. The view from our room overlooking the kamo river is very picturesque. The layout of the room is very well designed and the room is huge and tastefully decorated. The location is close to the subway and minimarts. Love the microwave, the 2 televisions, and the washing machine. Highly recommend!!"

"Ace hotels never disappoint us. We’ve stayed at the Ace in LA a couple of times and was excited to check out the Ace in Kyoto. The room we booked for 3 (standard twin) was spacious and clean. The decor is always very nice as well. Our reservation included free breakfast for 2 and the food was great and filling. There’s a shopping center and train station conveniently located out their side door. Customer service is always great and we can’t wait to return for another visit in the future."

"The Screen is an amazing hotel! Our room was very beautiful and well-designed. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and the staff thoughtfully accommodated all of our dietary restrictions. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and attentive. The desk staff even gave us dry umbrellas when we came in with wet ones. Fantastic service!! It is very well-located as well. We will stay here again for sure!"
