"Hotel lobby is beautiful. Room is quite dated and the 3-pin electrical socket doesn't work. Luckily we managed to borrow the 2-pin adapter from front desk to charge our mobile devices. Very convenient for an overnight stay right at the airport."

"First off the staff were amazing from the door men to the restaurant staff housekeepers amazing! The free breakfast was a bit of a turn off with basically eggs as the only option I didn’t expire the buffet part of the breakfast tho. The elevators are SMALL and very hot but still a pleasant smell lol if I ever visit Bangkok again I will consider staying here"

"This is an excellent hotel centrally located in Bangkok at Terminal 21 in Asok! This grounds are very well maintained, the breakfast bar is good and the staff is excellent! This is our second time staying at the hotel. First time was in February 2025. My wife and I love the hotel and can't think of a single bad thing to say about it. We will definitely be staying here in all future trips to Bangkok"
