This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay overall but were disturbed by noises from 4am every morning (possibly because we were placed on the floor below the restaurant/entertainment area) and also construction noises from 8am every day of our 5 night stay. We would have appreciated being informed at check in that there would be disturbances.

A very nice hotel in Angra. Valet parking was a real plus. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the topmost floor had a lot of space to hang out or work. The area offered a wide variety of dining options within walking distance. Despite the name Angra Beach Hotel, it is not located by the beach, but it offers a free daily pass to a very nice beach in the Ilha da Jipoia. I will stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in Angra.

Short stay - all together was perfect

only stayed there for one night- arrived from RIO and took next day the boat to Ilha grande. The Hotel was very nice- nothing to complain: - HUGE Rooms -> apartments - Breakfast Buffet on the rooftop - Nice Reception- very friendly Could imagine to stay longer there

This property is in the town with a shuttle to a small patch of beach next to Angra Inn. Tours will pick you up from the hotel but you have to Uber back. Limited dining experiences at Pirates Mall and downtown Angra.

The hotel in question is misrepresenting its accommodations - do not trust the photos. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the "Superior Suite" did not match the advertised images. Several furnishings, including floor lamps, bedside lamps, and bed stools, were absent from the room. One of the TVs was not working. The air conditioning units were in a state of disrepair, leaking water onto the walls. Additionally, there was evidence of human bodily fluids on the pillows, as documented in the attached photographs. The glass barrier on the balcony was cracked, posing a health and safety risk to guests. Due to the unacceptable conditions, we were compelled to check out after the first night, despite having a reservation for four nights. Regrettably, the hotel manager has been unresponsive and has declined to issue a refund for the remaining nights, even after intervention by the Hotels.com representative.

Bom, só que precisa melhorar pelo valor cobrado.

Bem localizada, bom café da manhã, o atendimento não é dos melhores, levei roupas pra passar, eles não emprestam ferro e a moça que faz o serviço de passar e cobrar por peça não foi por 3 dias seguidos, ninguém do hotel solucionou meu problema fiquei com roupas sem usar por conta desse impasse. Atendimento básico sem muita diferença doa outros hoteis.

Começando por essa imagem de um lago e um ponte de madeira, não existe no hotel. Me pareceu muito ser um apto de moradia pelo o tamanho, porem grande e sem conforto, principalmente nos jogos de lençóis, não são os mesmos da foto.
