Really nice rooms, clean and as advertised. Property is very nice and a perfect distance from the old town of Paraty. Pool is large and the service from staff was excellent. Would definitely recommend and return.

Pousada muito linda e confortável com funcionários extremamente simpaticos e atenciosos. Cafe da manhã variado com bolos caseiros e fresquinhos todo dia. Quarto confortável e espaçoso. Academia de ginástica bem equipada e piscina muito boa. O centro histórico fica pertinho, dá para ir andando. Esta pousada vale cada centavo! Adoramos a estadia e já estamos pensando em voltar com nossos amigos.

Multada por fumar na varanda

Fui multada por fumar na varanda do quarto. Inventaram que eu tinha fumado no quarto pra me cobrar 500 reais e disseram que devolveriam caso o hospede seguinte não falasse nada. Pois bem, como tinha sido fumaça que tinha entrado da varanda pro quarto obviamente saiu e o hospede não falou nada e me "devolveram" os 500 reias....so que não! Até agora estou aguardando a devolução.

Pousada muito boa, limpa, com quartos amplos e funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Tinha estacionamento disponível e sem custo, berço para bebês e sua localização era muito próxima ao centro histórico.

Boa hospedagem

A equipe da hospedagem é muito simpática e disponível para auxiliar. Os principais pontos que não nos fizeram dar nota máxima para a hospedagem é o esgoto e a cama. O esgoto nos parece, conforme relatos de passeios históricos em Paraty, ser um problema do município como um todo. Assim, não se trata do hotel, objetivamente. A cama que ficamos estava um pouco desconfortável, pois era uma junção de duas outras camas, o que não é ideal para um casal. No mais, o cardápio do restaurante é sensacional e o café da manhã bem caseiro!

EXCELENTE ESCOLHA EM PARATY !

A Pousada da Condessa está muito bem localizada, bem próxima ao centro histórico da cidade. Os espaços são muito bonitos, amplos, confortáveis e muito bem cuidados. Todos os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. Quando nos apresentamos na recepção, meu marido e eu fomos presenteados com um upgrade de quarto, oferecido pelo atendente Tales. O quarto é muito agradável, aconchegante e confortável, assim como todos os espaços da Pousada. O café da manhã é farto, variado e muito gostoso. Recomendo fortemente para todos.

Se quer uma pousada tranquila, não fique nessa!

Não nos deram o quarto que havíamos previamente reservado e pago (cama de casal e uma de solteiro). Ficamos em um quarto mto pequeno, em uma ala onde havia um grupo grande de estudantes que ficaram a noite conversando no corredor em frente ao nosso quarto. Impossível domir!!!! Ligamos na recepção 2 vezes para reclamar e nada foi resolvido! Tivemos que ir pessoalmente (quase meia noite) falar com os responsáveis pelos estudantes para tomarem providencias. Pousada para grupos grandes, com estacionamento para onibus (haviam 3!) . Não recomendamos para famílias ou casais.
