most things in the hotel where perfect, room, cleanliness, environment etc. my biggest problem was noise in the morning specially in the rooms facing back, they need to isolate better those windows because they let a lot of noise pass. wifi was also an issue without proper connection. finally shower would fluctuate constantly temperature with is annoying. other than that amazing experience.

Bora pra frente!

Entendo que por ser o primeiro mĆŖs de funcionamento do hotel, muitos problemas podem ocorrer, e ocorreram. Ficamos sem Ć”gua por um dia e tivemos que nos hospedar em um quarto inferior ao contratado na primeira noite, por conta de um "erro do sistema", mas fui reembolsado prontamente. FuncionĆ”rios educados, sem ressalvas. Palmas para o manobrista, extremamente cortĆŖs, simpĆ”tico e preocupado. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ de boa qualidade, mas precisam trocar a forma de fazer cafĆ©. O mesmo estava com gosto de queimado nos 4 dias de nossa hospedagem. PĆ£es de queijo e demais "folhados" estavam secos e frios, mesmo quando fomos os primeiros a tomar cafĆ©, Ć s 7:00. O quarto Ć© bom, mas a pia e bancada do banheiro do quarto menor que ficamos, Ć© pĆ©ssima, nĆ£o cabe sequer sua necessaire em cima. JĆ” a do quarto maior, Ć© excelente, com duas pias e bancada enorme. Palmas para o box com dois chuveiros. Excelente. A cama... por ser tĆ£o novo, o colchĆ£o nĆ£o poderia jamais estar deformado como estava. Acredito que tenha vindo de outro hotel, ou coisa parecida. Travesseiros... nota 5. A varanda com minha piscina particular! De tirar o chapĆ©u! ParabĆ©ns. SĆ³ poderiam estender ao hĆ³spede o direito de apagar a luz de sua prĆ³pria piscina... No geral, foi excelente. ParabĆ©ns aos proprietĆ”rios, pela iniciativa, coragem e empreendedorismo! Desejo muito sucesso e espero voltar em breve.

Tivemos uns dias incrĆ­veis em Paraty, pois apesar da chuva tinhamos a estrutura do SDesing para curtir. Piscinas aquecidas, serviƧo e atendimento super atencioso, cafe da manhĆ£ sensacional e um restaurante com refeiƧƵes maravihosas e os drinks? Perfeitos!! Foi excelente!
