"No refrigerator, coffee maker, nor microwave. There’s a Starbucks, in the lobby that opens at 6:30. Did not hear neighbors. Partner said the room was small, not too bad. Nice view from 25th floor. Tic Toc restaurant is open 24 hr., good and reasonable. Some nice Art Deco elements. "

"The bartender was one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve met out of all of the hotels I’ve stayed at. Her name was Bella. She was rude, sarcastic and making comments all because I asked for some mayonnaise. I won’t go into the deals but I wouldn’t recommend paying for a hotel that allows their staff to speak to guests however they want. Very sad considering the hotel itself was pretty nice. But would never stay again. Stay at the Ludlow or NoMo. Anything is worth the extra price then to stay here again"

"Llegamos a las 22 horas, hicimos el checking, nos dieron una habitación con cocina y baño compartido. Había otra habitación más dentro del el espacio. Las toallas del baño no son de cuerpos son de mano, no puedes terminar de secarte el cuerpo, ya que son pequeñas. la ducha tardó 15 minutos en salir agua caliente o sea que nos bañamos con agua fría, el baño, todo antiguo viejo sucio con un extractor que hacía un ruido que parecía que se iba a romper. En cualquier momento. La habitación que nos tocó no había espacio entre las camas había dos camas individuales. Cuando en la reserva supuestamente era una cama Queen matrimonial, todo una mentira hablé con la gente de Hotels.com. Nos fuimos a otro hotel buscado en otra plataforma, ya que desde aquí no nos daban solución alguna una excepción total en el hotel, horrible y las fotos que muestran no son la realidad de lo deteriorado que está el hotel y sucio y no fue un regalo sino que por dos noches nos cobraron $400 cosas que se puede conseguir hoteles en mucha mejor categoría a lo que ofrece este hotel. Por eso cuidado cuando reserven no es lo que parece"

"The hotel entrance, lobby, restaurant and rooms were very pretty but the rooms seemed a little worn and there was very little space to put anything in the Deluxe King. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful although I had to go back down at checkout to ask about the food / beverage credit after I was told it would automatically be applied when I charged the restaurant check to the room. I would stay here again as I liked the hotel overall and the location was in a nice part of SoHo."

"This is NOT a luxury hotel! Our TV didn’t work, the wallpaper was peeling, the refrigerator didn’t work and the rooms are very cramped. The only redeeming quality was the location and the balcony. Won’t be staying here again."
