It was excellent we just had issues with our first room as it had stairs and would be difficult for my 81y/o mother. They were able to arrange a more convenient room. Staff very friendly and efficient. It’s a very cozy and interesting hotel. Breakfast is excellent and location is perfect.

Max Brown Hotel Canal District, part of Sircle Collection
Two things I don’t like about this hotel are: 1) there’s no elevator; 2) the toilet is tiny and is not located inside the room.
