"The staff were wonderful. Expedia did not send the hotel my reservation but fortunately, the hotel were able to accommodate us for 3 days. Not only did they find another hotel close by to host us for the remainder of our trip, they moved our belongings. When we showed up in the evening to check in at the new hotel, everything was already prepared for us. The staff at Eiffel Rive Gauche were helpful and extremely kind."

"Location not great. Small rooms, with no dressers. Shower/tub extremely hard to get in and out of, almost dangerous if you are older, or any disabilities. We did have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the One Alma Paris. The staff greeted us cheerfully as we entered and couldn’t have been more accommodating with holding our luggage, offering a welcome glass of bubbly and explaining where the facilities, cafe and other amenities were. During the stay they were helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, room was well appointed and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again."

"This hotel is very charming and well located. The rooms are small but efficient and the beds are comfortable. Great location for walking all day and getting a good night's sleep afterward. Neighborhood has excellent restaurants and Rue Cler with all of its wonderful food shops is just a short walk away."
