"Location"

"Good location with refill amenity, value for money , the staff provide new towel everyday even we not request to make up the room"

"ทำเลดีมาก ร้านอาหารรอบข้างมีหลากหลาย"

"Great location as located opposite to the main Hakata Station. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and are very attentive. "

"We were really pleased with our stay at the Tokyu Stay Hakata as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed except the drink water. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights including shopping area in Hakata as it is just round the corner from the station. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful for taking care all our requirements "

"立地がとても良いです"

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel New Otani Hakata, you can tell this was a a very grand hotel back in the day from the entrance and lobby. The location good if you don't want to be in the middle of the bustling Tenjin or Hakata, but is still close by. We walk every day to and from those areas without feeling it was very far, although there is a metro station next to the hotel too if you wish to use the train. The room was an adequate size, we were three people in the room and we managed just fine...

"Beautifully decorated hotel Good service staff If we don't put up signs to clean up room , cleaning staff will only change the towels."
