Again most pleasant stay! Just before checkout my flight was cancelled and staff was really helpfull when I wanted to book extra nights because of that. Could also keep my old room. Very near Kurume station, easy to locate and near several restaurants & conbini stores.

The reception Hatanaka san was very nice and professional who helped me check-in smoothly. I did like the foam pillows offered in the corridor which helped me to sleep well and miss the paid breakfast. However, the toilet plate is too small for men to pee and poo at the same time.
