"The room was average, but the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They ignored us, never greeted us, and made it clear we weren't welcome. Breakfast was poor—one egg was rotten—so I skipped meals there to avoid food poisoning. They focused on telling us about inconveniences like the closed pool and broken gate, and that we should leave before 10:00 on the last day. I cannot recommend this place; the owners are unsuited for hospitality."

"This property exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was more than plentiful with delicious items baked by the owner. Our host Costanza was helpful and gave us great recommendations for dinner.
A great experience. Wonderful hosts.
I would highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with our three teenagers. After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, we were looking for a few quiet, relaxing days, and this was exactly what we needed. We loved slowing down, lounging by the pool, and enjoying the peaceful pace.
The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of five, with two gorgeous bedrooms, a spacious living area, and excellent air conditioning. The pool was incredibly refreshing on hot summer days, and the villa...

"My husband and I loved our stay at this B and B. Monica was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable and responded to all of our questions and concerns.
The accomodation is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable.
Well located to enjoy visiting all the beautiful sites of Lucca.
The breakfast provided at a nearby cafe was also a bonus- friendly staff and many choices.
Would highly recommend this accommodation.
Many thanks and happy to return on our next visit to Lucca!"
