"All good. Great for families"

"A very quaint and memorable visit. Hotel was charming, restaurant was wonderful, staff were exceptional. Located in the heart of Bishop Waltham, all the shops were exceptional and everyone we met in town were so very friendly. We had such a wonderful stay."

"Very welcoming with helpful and friendly staff. Good and varied dinner menu and a good choice selection of cooked or light breakfast. Location is out of the way down narrow lanes but the pretty village setting is both quiet and peaceful."

"Staff were very positive and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Great choice available. Parking was good, but very tight on the night we were there as there was a wedding going on. But we still found a spot. "Staff were helpful and efficient on arrival. Shown to my room which was clean, warm and had all I needed. Only issue was the tv on the wall was rather small. Car parks were available fairly close by."

"Very friendly staff who were very approachable."

"The room was great. There is a breakfast room downstairs which is open all of the time to get coffee and tea etc. We were leaving on a Sunday morning around 8am before breakfast started, but the staff were really helpful and put some food out ready for us (cereal and milk was already out anyway). The pub is lovely next door"

"Clean and quiet room."

"L’ambiance du pub, accueillant."

"Staff was excellent. Food in restaurants were very good. Plenty of option and good portions"
