"The good; -parking -Air conditioning -parking -quaint & quiet -wireless charger -mini fridge The less good; -staff never checks or refills amenities, towels etc. I understand one is to ask for replacement towels but it should also be part of service offered by default, theres 5 golf carts yet nobody can check in on rooms to give fresh towels? Just unimpressed. -water leakage during heavy rain storm - incredibly terribly maintained parking lot, massive holes in the asfalt so I had to drive...

"Very nice building, well kept, two covered areas for loading/unloading your car. The room was large, spacious, quiet, carpet throughout, blackout blinds, kitchenette, soft mattress, real duvet. The room was very clean but the bed was not. Many restaurants and convenience stores close by and within walking distance to Place Bell."

"If you are looking for a 'cheaper' hotel to stay where you wont be spending much time in your room, this is great. My son found a long dark hair in his 'clean bed' and the bathroom floor was questionable cleaned probably with a dirty mop. Note: more long dark hairs that were not mine or my sons! I cleaned the floor myself. We were there for a swim meet so really not in the room very much. Breakfast had the usual varieties and was plentiful. well at 6am, it was plentiful. "Oh boy, this is NOT a 3-star hotel as what was rated in Expedia ad. Very dirty room, heat not worked, bathroom filthy, wallpaper pealed off, Air-conditioning not worked, cannot access the dresser because there was no knobs, cannot access the fridge because there was no knobs, toilet bowl cracked, basic breakfast, worse yet is the parking is $45 /day, but never mentioned in Expedia. I want my $$$ back."

"We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!"
