"There is no staff that we saw. The front entrance door was broken and locked us out. We emailed but received no response. The location was scenic but we couldn’t enjoy from inside the room as the windows were filthy. The room was noisy and bedding just ok. Overall, would not stay again."

"Overall, this hotel was just right for our needs for a two-night stay in Reykyavik. The room was minimalistic but roomy enough for a family of 4, I liked the heavy curtains that kept the light out as it was still daylight at midnight. I would have appreciated a night lamp, and an outlet next to the bed so I can charge my phone near me as opposed to having to walk to the other side of the room to switch off the light/put my phone to charge.
