"We had a nice 4 night stay at the Bellegarde Hôtel by Viktor. Easy check in process. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau (the main strip of the town). AC was adequate. Room was clean and very quiet for quality sleep. Must be okay with stairs as there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of. "

"Hotel is conveniently situated close to major attractions, staff is extremely helpful and accommodating to all requests, including setting up a place on the terrace where we enjoyed lunch made of the produce from the local market. Shops are within the 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Air conditioner controls where a bit quirky but we managed it."
"I stayed at the hotel for 8 days as I used Aix en Provence as a base to explore the city and the Luberon.
I believe the hotel provided good value and the on line photos are accurate. I appreciated that the water pressure in the shower was good and the hot water was plentiful. The AC worked well.
The front desk staff was helpful and spoke good English. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, although it was the same every day..
The indoor dining room was a bit claustrophobic, however the outdoor dining...
