The apartment met my needs. The staff was efficient and pleasant. The washing machine and clothes dryer on the ground floor were the best I have ever used on my travels. The machine controls were very satisfactory and payment by credit card was easy.

We had a great one night stay at Aparthotel Adagio Aix en Provence. The location was easily walkable to old town and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was really welcoming and accomodating. Would recommend this as a great option in Aix en Provence for location, comfort and value.

Overall, the hotel was great. Good staff at reception. The room cleanliness was fairly poor: we didn’t use the kitchen and only in the last day of our stay did we find out that the trash bin wasn’t cleaned up after the previous guests. Fortunately, it was only dry trash and didn’t smell.

The location was very close to old center of city where there were many options to dine into shop. We were lucky to have a kitchen so we went to the fresh market on Tuesday to purchase vegetables and made a delicious dinner.

This place is well located - 5 minutes walk to the old town. The staff and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the big draw for us was the laundry facility. The rooms are a bit oddly laid out, and there's scarcely any room to step out beside the bed.But overall I'd recommend it and we'd go back.

The hotel is very clean, the room is big and comfortable. There was a kitchen fully equipped. Underground Parking available for a great price. Location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to the old town. Good value for a money.

Fantastic Place

I loved the Adagio! My stay was much longer than the 2 nights I booked through Hotels.com. i was there for six weeks! The location is walkable to transport, tourism office, restaurants, and any other service you might need. The rooms are comfortable with small kitchens that are well-stocked. Any supplies you might need between cleanings are available for the asking. The staff - Ann, Patricia, Hugo, Barbara, etc., are wonderful - friendly and helpful. There is parking below the hotel. My room had a view of the countryside and Ste. Victoire. Breathtaking. If I were to return to Aix, I would stay here!

Excellent staff at front desk, very friendly and efficient. Room was very large, with a nice bathroom & shower. Location was great, easily walkable. Parking was on site, with large spaces for a mini-SUV. FYI, tight turns to get inside. Our only downside was we were the first door beyond the lobby, next to the saloon doors in the hallway. They were very loud, every time someone went by them. Just request a room not near them.
