It might create a more positive guest experience if the staff warmly welcomed guests, confirmed whether it was their first visit or a return visit, and then guided them accordingly through the self-check-in process. Nevertheless, if I visit this area again, I would certainly choose this hotel again."

"Minn Kasai provided a nice quiet stay away from the business of the main areas. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were smaller than the pictures showed, but it wasn't too cramped. 3 of us fit comfortably in the family room, but any more and it would have felt cramped. "

"My stay was in March so if anything my room was too warm due to central heating, but I got lucky and had two windows that would let cool air in. The place has a nice vibe, staff is pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms and showers are shared so if that’s a problem for you stay elsewhere. Kitchen was adequate for me, I only used the microwave oven, there are surface burners for frying/boiling/etc but no actual oven or toaster oven. 2 washer/dryers that worked flawlessly as long as you don’t overload them."

"Not really. If you wanted to cook you'd need to get cooking utensils etc., however, there are so many shops, restaurants and takeaways immediately outside there is no need to cook."
