They have the best vending machines on floor 7, washing facilities that are convenient and clean on floor 8 (can also monitor the time left on your machine from the tv monitor in your room), and the floors above the reception desk (located on floor 3) were locked for security and could only be accessed with a key card so very safe! The area nearby has plenty of great shopping as the Sky Tree and mall are across the street and is an easy walk...
