"A basic 'business' room, very conveniently located for the Lisboa Congress Centre (2-3 minute walk). The entrance lobby gives a sense of an exclusive, up market hotel - the rooms feel dated and are basic. They are however comfortable and clean. Rooms do not come with a coffee machine/kettle, but can be requested from reception - the insult is having to then pay €1 per coffee capsule (despite the room costing over €200). The aircon is ok, but not 'cold' and is rather noisy."

"1/5 Terrible Very Creepy! I arrived in the evening. It was dark. The door was open right off the street! No front desk....the place was scarry. As a solo traveler, no way was I going to stay. I paid for 5 days, but only stayed one night and I did not sleep...I rushed to find another place. I was all alone in this weird building for hours after dark. It felt like a scarry movie!"

"The room was clean and tidy, it was small but perfect for what we needed which was a comfy and clean bed to sleep in. Sharing a bathroom was not bad at all, we only shared with one other room. We never saw them even use the bathroom. It was extremely clean for being a shared bathroom. The shower was small but to be expected. Overall our stay was great! Easy to check in and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance from Belem."
