"I was very happy with the place. The staff friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Good entertainment and everything you needed was available within the hotel. However, the standard of cleaning in the hotel room required improvement especially the bathroom."

"Es war alles super, das Hotel ist sehr modern ausgestattet , die Zimmer waren stets sauber und das Personal freundlich.
Das einzige Manko für uns war , dass der Lift in unserem Gebäude nicht funktioniert hat und wir mit Kinderwagen einen Umweg gehen mussten zum Zimmer. Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass es keine Kellner am Strand gab . In den meisten neuen Hotels kann man Getränke per App bestellen und sie werden gebracht. Sonst war alles Top ."

"Had a great time at Esperos Village, the staff is really helpful, the amenities are top-notch, and the views are nice! The room was good, large enough. You have nice shuttle services within the property and to the beach. The gym was good!"

Clean
Good breakfast selection
Great pool area lots of loungers
Lovely staff
Great location for travelling into old town
Great bar staff at the beach bar
Great supermarket in the hotel, can buy everything
Improvement
Not much during the day entertainment around pool
Food choice at both la piscine and beach bar is quite limited esp for vegetarians
Housekeeping wasn’t the most thorough"

"We got a great and very specious suite. The staff was great and friendly and the kids had a ball. I would say that the most significant point was the fact that there was always place to relax, if by the pool or the water park. The bars we're great.
However, one thing that was disappointing was the fact that the chef restaurants were fully booked. Otherwise what a place"
